There is a conformal coating avaable from RS and Farnell in the UK. If you need exact type, mail me directly. Anyway, it is said to have good dielectric properties. To get the best from it, you need to bake at ~200 deg C for a couple of hours. I did intend using it to increase the working voltage of an air-spaced cap at 144MHz once. I must have been satisfied it would be okay at that frequency anyway. As a matter of interest, it is said to withstand an E field of 50kV/mm.
